Gongneung-dong Goblin Market Overview

Gongneung-dong Goblin Market is the largest and most vibrant traditional market in Nowon-gu, and its name comes from the goblin bat, which means a market where anything can be made and nothing is missing. There are over 120 stalls selling a variety of food and ingredients, and a detailed market map at the entrance makes it easy to find your favorite shop. The market is especially popular during kimchi season, when you can buy kimchi ingredients such as Kimchi cabbage, radish, and salted fish at a reasonable price.

At the entrance of the market, which is connected to the Gyeongchun Line forest path, there is a mural of mischievous goblins. It's a great place to take unique souvenir photos with goblins in the background.
