Overview of Urim Market

Urim Market was once a place where cattle traveling from the provinces to the cattle market in Mazang-dong stayed, and the name “Urim” was given to the area because the cattle gathered there looked like a forest. The market is always bustling with activity thanks to the efforts of vendors who honestly sell fresh ingredients.

In 2001, we began modernizing the market by installing an arcade, the first traditional market in the country to do so. The market has incorporated the advantages of large supermarkets into its operations, and strives to make life easier for customers by providing shopping carts.
